Refund Policy

Our Approach
Amazing Learning Hub operates on a pay-per-billing-cycle basis. We do not operate long-term contracts and students are free to cancel at any time. This policy sets out the circumstances under which a refund may be issued.
General Policy
Payments made for a billing cycle (weekly or monthly) are generally non-refundable once that cycle has commenced and sessions have been scheduled or delivered.
Students are not contracted to Amazing Learning Hub on a fixed-term basis. You may cancel at any time and no further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
When a Refund May Be Issued
A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Sessions not delivered by the tutor: If a tutor fails to deliver scheduled sessions within a paid billing cycle without reasonable notice or rescheduling, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for undelivered sessions.
- Technical failure on our part: If a platform failure on our side prevents a scheduled session from taking place, the session will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
- Payment errors: If a duplicate or erroneous payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.
- Cancellation before any sessions commence: If you cancel your enrolment before your first session has taken place within a billing cycle, a full refund for that cycle may be requested within 48 hours of payment.
When a Refund Will Not Be Issued
- Sessions that were scheduled and delivered as agreed, where the student or parent chose not to attend
- Cancellations made mid-cycle after sessions have already been delivered
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes (exam results, grades, etc.) — we cannot guarantee specific academic results
- Change of mind after a billing cycle has commenced and at least one session has been delivered
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@amazinglearninghub.com with your account email, the payment reference, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you believe your statutory rights have been breached, you may contact Citizens Advice or the UK Competition and Markets Authority.
