Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering an account or using the Amazing Learning Hub platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Amazing Learning Hub provides online 1-to-1 tutoring sessions delivered remotely via video conferencing. Sessions are booked and managed through our online platform. All sessions are 1 hour in duration at the agreed hourly rate for your chosen course.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be 18 or over to create an account. Parents and guardians may register on behalf of minors
• You agree not to share your account with others

4. Free Assessment Session

New students are entitled to one free assessment session per subject. The assessment is used by our tutors to understand your current level and design a personalised learning plan. It does not constitute a paid tutoring session. Each student is eligible for one free assessment per subject enrolment.

5. Payments and Billing

• Sessions are billed at £10 per hour (or the equivalent in USD or NGN as displayed at checkout)
• You may choose weekly or monthly billing cycles
• Payment is collected in advance for each billing cycle via Flutterwave
• Sessions within a paid cycle will be scheduled by your tutor
• We accept card payments, bank transfers, and mobile money via Flutterwave

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your enrolment at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No new charges will be made after cancellation. Cancellations mid-cycle do not entitle you to a partial refund unless the tutor has failed to deliver the agreed sessions.

7. Conduct

All students and parents are expected to engage respectfully with our tutors. We reserve the right to terminate an account without refund if a student or parent engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward a tutor.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, lesson plans, and resources provided by our tutors remain the intellectual property of Amazing Learning Hub or the respective tutor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share session materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Amazing Learning Hub is not liable for outcomes including but not limited to exam results, academic progression, or learning goals not achieved. We make no guarantee of specific results from our tutoring services. Our liability is limited to the value of sessions paid for and not delivered.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
